Christi is amazing!!! I'm an active person and have to be with my job, so at times I have parts of my body that can get tight or have some pain and need to be addressed with manual therapy. Christi was able to address my needs and I was able to walk away from my massage with relief. Thank you!

Christi was so helpful over the phone and was able to fit me in last min on Sunday with Candice. The place was warm, beautiful and inviting. After 4 days doing extra work standing for 10 hrs a day I asked if it was possible to come to our Air BNB and give our tired bodies some rejuvenation and it was so relaxing. The service was professional and amazing. More importantly was the fellowship and the giggles we shared. You won't be disappointed. They are amazing!! Opened on Sunday which was a huge blessing!

Kim was amazing! She made sure and avoided a small area of my back where I have an injury and did a great job communicating. The massage itself was so nice and relaxing, and the heated table and pillow felt so good. I hike every week and I’ve had a stressful month so this was EXACTLY what I needed. When I come back, I will ask for her! Thank you for a great experience Kim! 🤗

Just happened upon this place! They got me in on the same day!!! Candice was INCREDIBLE. Probably the best massage I’ve EVER had! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the muscle groups and really took her time to understand what exactly you were wanting. Very professional and a very clean, cute, relaxing environment !!! Would highly recommend!!!

Best massage I’ve had in a long time! Christi has such a personable energy and is easy to talk to. She listened so well to my requests and checked in along the way to ensure I was getting the massage I hoped for. Christi’s trigger point technique was exactly what I needed, and even her use of oil was spot on. She used just enough to make sure she didn’t pull or stretch my skin, but not so much that her hands slipped or moved too quickly.

The massage room at Redefine Wellness is beautiful and very relaxing, and the soft piano music was lovely. Absolutely zero complaints about my massage today. In fact, I can hardly wait to go back!
