Christi is amazing!!! I'm an active person and have to be with my job, so at times I have parts of my body that can get tight or have some pain and need to be addressed with manual therapy. Christi was able to address my needs and I was able to walk away from my massage with relief. Thank you!

Christi was so helpful over the phone and was able to fit me in last min on Sunday with Candice. The place was warm, beautiful and inviting. After 4 days doing extra work standing for 10 hrs a day I asked if it was possible to come to our Air BNB and give our tired bodies some rejuvenation and it was so relaxing. The service was professional and amazing. More importantly was the fellowship and the giggles we shared. You won't be disappointed. They are amazing!! Opened on Sunday which was a huge blessing!

Christi has magic hands! I have been to other people, but Christi seriously is the best and knows her stuff!She listened to me and where I was hurting. She is very knowledgeable and very sweet to talk in the massage. I left feeling very relaxed and got spoiled with a yummy chocolate and a bottle of water! I'm definitely going back often. Not only is the atmosphere calm and relaxing but each massage is catered just for me, whether it's a relaxing massage or therapy to target specific areas that need help. Wow. WOW. Christi is INCREDIBLE at what she does. She is so knowledgeable about the human body and how it all works and what is interconnected to get you feeling better and functioning optimally. She can do everything from injury support to relaxation or deep tissue. I’m SO impressed by her and I’ve been to a fair share of massage therapists. She is very genuine, personable and professional. She caters her massage to you, what you want, need and are comfortable with for pressure and pain points. Her studio is extremely clean and comfortable, it’s such a cute space. She knows what she is doing and is continually taking classes to get better at her work. if I could give her a 10 star rating I would!!! I just completed my breast reconstruction surgery after my double mastectomy (diagnosed with breast cancer June of 2022) I had lymph nodes removed and went to Christy for a lymphatic massage. Christi does a great job finding out what you're looking for and catering to what your fitness or other goals are. She can give a nice relaxing message, but I've mostly used her for more intense trigger point therapy. Painful, but it delivers results! Highly recommend!

If I could give 100 stars I would! Honestly best massages I’ve ever gotten!! Christi is so good at specializing each massage to you and your specific and individual needs. For my profession I do hair, and Redefine Wellness has helped me SO much with the soreness and pains that come from standing and moving all day. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

I just had my 1st massage at Redefined Wellness and it was wonderful. Kim was great at asking me if I was comfortable with the pressure and the temperature of the room. My name got picked out of a Pay It Forward thing they do. Instead of tips anything you want to leave for a “tip” is put into this. I thought this was such a neat thing to do. I am leaving much more relaxed and less tense.

Went to Candice for a prenatal massage and it was top notch! I’ve had a number of prenatal massages and this one by far was the best. Candice had everything prepped so that I would be comfortable—pillows in all the right places to support my third trimester belly and warm clean sheets. I didn’t need to coach her on where to place pillows as she already knew exactly where I would need support. She had the perfect amount of pressure and really loosened up my stiff back and hips. I will absolutely be going back t her as well as recommending her to all my pregnant friends. One side note—it can be a little tricky to find the suite in the building since it’s downstairs with quite a few doors, so be prepared for a little bit of a search inside.

I'm not sure where to begin.

My massage was 60 minutes and Christi did an amazing job. When you walk in, her room is soothing, clean and safe. The table was warm and relaxing. She's professional and talented. She worked on my muscles and pain, relieved deep aches and allowed me the space to feel completely relaxed in her room. She worked out knots and tension that were built up in my muscles and body that I wasn't even aware of. She's intuitive and listens to what your body needs.

I would absolutely recommend going to Christi and I'll definitely be going back for future appointments.

One of the best massages I’ve ever gotten! Christi was extremely professional and completely focused on making sure problem areas were focused on. You can tell she cares about the individual and making sure you get the help you need, in the way you need it. I’m definitely planning on booking more massages with her!

Christi really knows how to find and work out the knots. I had shoulder surgery about three months ago and she’s doing an amazing job to help loosen up the shoulder and improve my range of motion.

My first massage with Christi was a 60 minute session. After that first experience I just knew I wanted to come back for more. I then scheduled a 2 hour massage with her and it was such an amazing experience.

I am still feeling the benefits a week later.

Christi has so much knowledge when it comes to muscles, how to correctly maneuver them, and wonderful "bed side (massage table side) manner. She can do more massage "work" where she works the muscles and relieves pressure points, and she can also do a more "relaxing" massage. I love mine in between and she does a great way in helping you communicate what you want.

She was very good with asking my preferences, checking in with me often, and was also OK with silence ( which I appreciated) . The table was warm, the sheets clean. The room was calm and felt serene. The overall "sense" of her room was peaceful and and relieving.

Just happened upon this place! They got me in on the same day!!! Candice was INCREDIBLE. Probably the best massage I’ve EVER had! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the muscle groups and really took her time to understand what exactly you were wanting. Very professional and a very clean, cute, relaxing environment !!! Just finished my massage with Char. All I can say is wow. I booked a 120 minute massage for relaxation and had to fight to stay awake it was so relaxing. It was honestly the best relaxing style massage I’ve ever had and I’ve hundreds and hundreds of massages. I don’t even want to move I’m so relaxed.

Best massage I’ve had in a long time! Christi has such a personable energy and is easy to talk to. She listened so well to my requests and checked in along the way to ensure I was getting the massage I hoped for. Christi’s trigger point technique was exactly what I needed, and even her use of oil was spot on. She used just enough to make sure she didn’t pull or stretch my skin, but not so much that her hands slipped or moved too quickly.

The massage room at Redefine Wellness is beautiful and very relaxing, and the soft piano music was lovely. Absolutely zero complaints about my massage today. In fact, I can hardly wait to go back!

Great place! Excellent massage with a fair price. That was the first time I’ve had a heated table for a massage; that’s a game changer. Candice is very nice and genuinely interested in targeting specific needs, muscles or chronic pain issues. She’s very good at deep tissue work. It felt like a combination massage and stretching session…and it was really great.

I found Christi through a friend and I am so glad she gave me her information. I am an avid massage enthusiast and haven’t found a massage therapist I have adored in some time. Christi listened to my aches and pains and suggested some possible issues. She assessed my gait and noticed how one side is favored and taught me so much while she treated me. She also send me home with aids to help in my recovery. Her deep pressure was on point. Go to her. Asap! Promise you won’t regret it. I have seen her a couple times now and have honestly been feeling incredibly better and it shocking how it’s from massage. And only massage. This girl has a gift. I am a forever client.

I was seeking relief in my neck and shoulders due to some nerve issues that create numbness while I sleep. Candice was glorious, intuitive, her energy is one of a kind beautiful, and she fully listened to me. Since a week ago I have had no numbness in hands at night and felt better range of motion. I felt how much you cared about making me feel better and hit all trigger points :)

I was taken aback that they do not except tips but would prefer you nominate someone in need: domestic victim, homeless, you know someone who really could use some care. That gesture made me cry right then and there. I have never been to a place that cares so much for their guest.
