Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on approach that addresses emotional distress by releasing physical tension, reducing anxiety, and calming the nervous system. It helps shift the body from a “fight-or-flight” state to a “rest-and-digest mode,” aiding in the release of stored emotional trauma and promoting deep relaxation.

What to expect during your appointment?

A craniosacral therapy session is similar to our custom massage therapy sessions. You will be in our relaxing massage therapy rooms with calming music and low lighting. We will discuss any concerns you may have and your goals for your session. You will lie on the massage table and your trained therapist will apply gentle pressure and light touch to your head, neck, spine, and sacrum.

This technique places pressure on specific points to help release tension and promote relaxation. For some this can also release stored emotions while others experience deep relaxation and may fall asleep.
